Nickel-plated brass glands are our highest-volume metal line. They combine mechanical strength with corrosion resistance and are the default choice for industrial control panels, machinery wiring and outdoor equipment. Stainless steel versions — including 304 and 316 grades — are specified where salt spray, chemical exposure or washdown conditions would attack a plated surface. Metal glands also provide the shield termination path needed in EMC and armoured cable installations.
PA66 nylon glands are lightweight, electrically insulating, UV-stable and cost-effective, which makes them the standard choice for outdoor enclosures, LED lighting, HVAC equipment and general industrial wiring. During mass production we run more than five inspection stages, combining machine inspection with manual selective examination.
