As the last two years have been tough on many employees and businesses, Jixiang Connector take a spring event to show appreciation to all employees on 1st March.
Team Building Game
Collaborative is one of Jixiang Connector key work cultures.
All the employees were divided into three groups, and carried out activities such as tug-of-war and rapid nail knocking.
Team building game helps our team connect with each other for mutual benefit.

They’re from difference department sales, warehouse and production department.

Enjoy Food
Shared food can simply getting to know each other better and feeling more comfortable around each other.
Hot pot, BBQ and afternoon tea are loved by all. People from different departments are not rubbing shoulders this time, but enjoy food together.
Food can act as great opportunities helps to building strong working relationships, improve communications and mutual support within us.
All in all, we had a very meaningful day, not only a relaxation from the busy work, but also a better understanding between colleagues through this event, which will make our future work smoother.
